Assessment
Working with the organization’s mission, goals and culture we identify the specific areas of interest and assess the current status to provide a clear picture of where the organization is today. Assessments can be as brief or extensive as the situation requires to meet the organization’s parameters.
Implementation
When the situation calls for a specific expertise or a project manager to lead the way, we provide our clients with precisely the person they need to successfully implement their initiatives. In some situations we serve as a “coach” to the implementation team and in other situations we are the team leader or team player.
Coaching
This customized process provides great value when it comes to developing the right management habits to lead people and create success in dynamic organization environments. Regular meetings with an individual manager or a small group of managers focuses on their specific issues and challenges them as well as introduces them to “best practice” tools and techniques.
