It is amazing how powerful goals can be. They are afterall the stepping stones to greatness. Today, humans have the capability of reaching out to other like-minded individuals across the country. Do I think that I'm going to become great by becoming healthy? No, but taking care of myself is paramount to achieving greatness, as it would be hard to achieve my full potential without the body running at its full potential.

Given the possible breadth of my online network, I am more likely to achieve my goals than through the privacy of my own written journals. The idea of an online journal is obviously not a new one, but it does send a message to the world that I mean business and if I don't, I better start, because this is out here for the world to see.
