John Garza

Research Interests:

My research interests concern the online, moment-to-moment processing necessary in guiding us through the world.  In other words, I am interested in spatial attention and the different factors, external and internal, that influence how it is directed and maintained. I am currently beginning a research program to explore intentionally allocated attention, how this prepares one for action, and the role that body/self representation plays in this process.
