A satisfying, easy vegetarian dish
Cut a cauliflower head into florets, rinse, and parboil until just slightly tender (about 8 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare a cup of Béchamel (white) sauce an add about two cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; stir until the cheese sauce is smooth. Put the cauliflower in a 5" by 9" glass baking dish (or to suit the amount of cauliflower you are preparing) and pour over the cheese sauce. Sprinkle French's French Fried Onions, bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese on the top for a crust. Then bake at 375F for about 30 minutes until bubbly and nicely browned.
