Contains over 2.2 million references to geoscience journal articles, books, maps, conference papers, reports and theses. 1785-Present.
- Oceanic Abstracts - Focused exclusively on worldwide technical literature pertaining to the marine and brackish-water environment. Find articles dealing with marine biology and physical oceanography, fisheries, aquaculture, non-living resources, meteorology and geology, plus environmental, technological, and legislative topics. 1981-Present.
- Biological Sciences Collection - Offers abstracts and citations to a wide range of research in biomedicine, biotechnology, zoology and ecology, and some aspects of agriculture and veterinary science. Supporting over two dozen areas of expertise, this CSA database provides access to literature from over 6000 serials, as well as conference proceedings, technical reports, and selected books. 1982-Present.
- AGRICOLA - bibliographic database consisting of literature citations for journal articles, books, conference proceedings, and technical reports pertaining to all aspects of agriculture. This extensive database provides selective worldwide coverage of primary information sources in agriculture and related fields. 1970-Present.
- CSA Worldwide Political Science Abstracts - Provides citations, abstracts, and indexing of the international serials literature in political science and its complementary fields, including international relations, law, and public administration and policy. 1975-Present.
- EIS Digests of Environmental Impact Statements (Subset of the Envoronmental Sciences and Pollution Management database listed above) - The federal government issues hundreds of environmental impact statements each year, and this one resource provides detailed abstracts of all of those statements, also indexing them for easy reference. EIS extracts the key issues from complex government-released environmental impact statements, converting massive documents into concise, readable abstracts. Once environmental impact statements are located in EIS, you can search for availability in the GPO Monthly Catalog or the NTIS database.
