CMS (Content Managment System)
CMS is one of the technical services for websites. It is usually used by those who will to create a website or weblog and need to use styles and designs for their content. It is especially important for the users who are not professional in web creating but do wish to have a website or weblog.

As the table shows, blogger and blogfa mostly use the same services in CMS. There are some differences, like "Add Video" ,"Spell Check", "Template", "Comment Feed" and "Permissions" icons which are available in blogger but not blogfa. However, blogfa has the icons like "Add Table", "Add Face", "Counter" and "Vertical Line" , which blogger does not have.
