Usability and Learnability
Usability and Learnability are other technical elements for websites.Both of these are about the users and how easy we make our website for any person with moderate knowledge about computer and web design to use it. In addition, how we teach our audiences to use the webite easily.
Web site creators should consider different users with different skills. So they might want to keep the whole process of weblog creation and design as easy as possible. In fact, they can increase the usability of their websites by making the process simple.
It seems like blogfa has made it easier for the bloggers to make their own weblogs, However blogger is more complicated. With a very low skill about web design and computer, you can easily make a weblog on blogfa and follow the instructions for web creating. But to do the same on blogger, it takes more time and needs more computer and design knowledge.

Help System

The Help system is also related to usability and learnability. By being able to search and access what we are looking for as a solution to our problems, we can create and use our weblogs easier.
Though the creating and designing process of blogger is more complicated for the user, blogger gives more information in its help system compared to blogfa. blogfa explains many options but still needs to provide more information for the users who intend to have a more advanced weblog.As an example blogger has put “Advaned use” item in it’s help center for those who have more knowledge of computers and skills in using them and want to have a more advance website, however bloga does not have this item of the other options which blogger has.
