Designed by Kirkegaard and Associates, Boulder, CO, this is our main multitrack recording facility. The primary Recording System in this studio is Digidesign’s ProTools HD. Majors in the Audio Production Concentration record rock, jazz, and other popular music genres here. Students also use this control room to record sessions from our three Kirkegaard designed concert halls, including the 800 seat Gates Concert Hall. This studio is linked to the halls and our large ensemble rehearsal spaces via copper analog audio lines and a 60 channel Optocore optical AES digital network.
