JoAnn (Jodie) Brown

Jodie Brown brings over 20 years experience in business consulting, recruiting and professional development training.  For nearly a decade, Jodie has specialized in the General Aviation industry recruiting senior executives and managers for her business aviation clients.

Her success with matching the right people to organizations stems from her broad experience. A former Associate Dean at the University of Denver and Director of Professional Development Programs at the University of Colorado, Jodie has designed and delivered training programs for Fortune 100 companies and universities for over 20 years. Her expertise includes: leadership and management development, organization communication, management information systems (MIS), communication flow analysis, corporate mediation, cognitive research (learning, personality and behavior; motivation; memory and recall), change management, customer service, and developing effective teams. Her diverse background lends a depth of knowledge to the student's learning experience and to her recruiting clientele. Jodie's knowledge and skills are highly regarded throughout the business aviation community.
