                  Designed and delivered BSBA, MBA, MIM, LMBA, and EMBA courses in global strategy, global business, international management, and comparative management. Participated in departmental and college activities as well as all professional functions related to the MBA and International MBA programs at DCB. Advised students and supervised independent study courses. Led the MBA global team curriculum revision efforts. Served on the University Core Curriculum Committee (with a budget allocation of more than $300,000), and DCB International Committee.

                   Led the internationalization efforts of the College of Business Administration as a member and the chair of the international committee for many years. Served and chaired multiple committees. Was involved in the redesign of the Ph.D. program. Chaired Ph.D. program committees and served on Ph.D. program and dissertation committees in and outside the Department of Management.
